All prices listed on our website are in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes. Payments are accepted via PayPal, credit cards, and debit cards. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Domestic orders within the UK typically arrive within 2-3 business days.

5.2 International delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs processes.

5.3 International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local customs authorities.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

6.1 Customers in the UK and EU have the statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days from receipt of the goods. If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us in writing at contact@modspi.com within this period.

6.2 If you cancel your order, you must return the goods at your own expense within 14 days of cancellation. The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

6.3 Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will process a refund for the purchase price excluding any shipping costs, within 14 days.

6.4 Apart from this statutory right, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for any other reasons.

Modspi Ltd accepts no liability for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from misuse or incorrect installation of the electrical components we supply. Our liability is strictly limited to the fullest extent permissible under UK law.
